Psychotherapy

I see people weekly or twice per week for individual therapy. We’ll begin by taking a deep look at history and present-day. I approach therapy from a relational perspective, which means developing an understanding of how we have been shaped by and experience connections with others — including the relationship between therapist and patient.

I practice therapy as an interactive exercise — I’ll listen closely to identify patterns, wishes, and emotions and we’ll explore what arises together. Often, people find that putting words to emotions and experiences can help gain valuable perspective and allow for change.

Please email me to set up a consultation appointment, or with any questions. I look forward to our work together.
